Hi, just wondering what the story is with the Grandier Jewelry Shop. I'm assuming there's something interesting about it, and I've heard that you can read about it at the Pnosen Library, but I've read all the books I can without luck.

So, what's the deal or story with the shop?

That's where Mano's bracelet was made - which is used to identify the Great Priestess's son.

The Jeweler in Remie tells you only that the bracelet was made by his father for General Sheed Estar, who gave the bracelet to his lover.
But when Calintz ask about the lover all the answer he gets is "I was young, so I don’t remember that much. I’m sorry I can’t be of more help."

The book, which mentions the shop is the 5th on the left on the ground floor in Pnosen Library.
After reading the book, you have to visit the shop in Remie, but you can only do that almost at the end of the game.
