ive won ever race on the game but it say ive only completed 98.4% what do i need to do to get 100%

complete all races in sim mode
complete all arcade tracks on all difficulties Beat all the Time Trail times Get gold cups on all license tests THIS SHOULD GIVE YOU 100 percent | |

You don't need to get golds on all the license tests.
But yes you need to place 1st in all time trials and beat all arcade races on hard and obviously beat simulation mode. | |
