after ranting on i would like to know how to get the pikes peak track unlocked but now after my spif i dont particulary care.........

There is no Pikes Peak track. Only the car is named Pikes Peak. It was meant to race the Pikes Peak course, because it was disigned to withstand the rough terrain. They just probably put it in for rally because of it's abilities to race in dirt.
