I dont know if any of you know this already, but there is a way to definatley get an f1 car on the endurance races!!!
If you didnt know, it is as follows:- 1) Complete the licences (super license not needed) 2) go through gt mode and get numerous cars and money etc etc 3) when you finally get a good enough car to win an endurance race follow these steps precisely!!! 1) Go to your home and choose whatever car you wish to use in the enduro race. get in it and save your game, now reset your machine. 2)When the intro sequence comes on, press start to skip it. The GT main menu now comes up. 3) Leave the menu alone, and allow the demo sequence to come on. When it does, press start to return to the main menu. 4) Leave the game alone again, and let the demo sequence come on again. When it does, press start TWICE IN QUICK SUCCESSION!!! To get you back to the main title screen once again! 5) Select GT mode and choose the race you wish to enter and win. Make sure you win the race, and when you do, you will recieve the f1 car for that race!!!!
N.B.- THIS IS NOT BULLS**T, I HAVE PERSONALLY TRYED IT ON GRAND VALLEY ENDURO AND TOKYO ENDURO (SO FAR), AND BOTH TIMES IT HAS WORKED (IT IS ALSO NOT A GLITCH)!!! Why not try it even if it doesnt work (and it does!!!) what have you got to loose??? Answer, nothing, as youve gotta do them anyway!!! Just do it and prove me right!!!!!! ENJOY!!!

How precise does the game force you to be? Do you have to do all the steps exactly and do you have to get the timing perfectly right?

Just follow those steps exactly (which are also pretty simple) and you WILL get an f1 for your trouble. Im not sure about how precise it is, but it has worked all the times ive tryed it so far!!! Just follow the above!!!!

If you want to win the car u want in any championship with multiple prize cars just press the X button when the black circle is under the car u want. This works about 70% of the time.

If you feel this way, what makes you think people will actually try your method?

First of all, try reading through it again!!! then after youve read it, read it again, until your sure about what i meant!!! Then read the following!!!

1) Yes, really!!!

2) Your second quotation comes from an entirely different area. What i meant was - i dont know if it will work on series races. But i do know that it DOES WORK on endurance races!!!

3) Just facing facts refers to the point of people not wanting to do a 2.5 hour race for nothing! I didnt mean it to refer to facts as in the usual case!!! It was also intended for the point of pressing the button when the prize cars come up!!!

4) Your last quotation is also put in an area where it has twisted round what ive said!!! To back up what your saying, why dont you personally do it, and prove me right. Then, after that, you can personally apologise to me, for ever dowting me!!! To add to this point, even if it didnt work (WHICH IT DEFINATLEY DOES!!!) people have got to do the endurance races anyway, so why not give it a shot, if they want an f1!!! Until there is proof, how can we be sure of anything? I could just as easily tell you that i know how to get all four cars from the same race, or that I can clock a forty second lap time on Deep Forest. Just because I say it doesn't make it true.

The way you describe the setup is strange. It doesn't seem like a cheat, or even like a glitch. You have only done two races like this so far, and on both you won the F1 car. Well I have done two in a row before and pulled formulas on both. (Seatle and Super Speedway). That was without any trick including the 'X trick'. So how can you be sure it isn't just a coincidence? If you had done like five of them, I might be more inclined to believe you. Then again, it would sound even more outrageous and i doubt anyone would believe you at all.

All I'm really saying is as far as I'm concerned, these are just wild claims with no factual evidence to support them, except more wild claims. Get some proof, be it a screenshot of some kind, or actual confirmation from the company, or even get like ten other people who say it works. Until then, I'll just do my endurance races the straight way. If I get an F1 fine, if not, who cares? I don't like the Formula racers anyways!

Hey Kenji, this doesn't work, sorry to tell you. I tried this on SUPER SPEEDWAY and SEATTLE CIRCUIT. I got the F687/s on seattle circuit using the X trick, the one that WORKS.

How can i give you proof???
You say that youve tryed it on super speedway and seattle and it doesnt work, but next you say that you used the X cheat on seattle, make your mind up!!! Are you sure you tryed it, if you did, did you follow it correctly??? When you next do an endurance race (try tokyo) try it then!!! Im sorry to say, but it worked for me, just face it!!! Try it each time you do an endurance and if it doesnt work then, give me proof, and then ill believe you!!! If i were to describe it as anything, it would be a cheat!!!
Just believe me!!! To give you some kind of proof, simply check out PSW (Playstation World) issue 25 (February 2002) and look at the tips-tionary that is with the mag! Inside, it says that its a cheat left in by the programmers!!! hows that for proof??? This backed up by it working for me, isnt that enough???
I tell you what, ill do another endurance race tonight! One of you tell me which one to do (make it one where you can enter any car as theyre quicker) just to prove it once again, hows that!!! Please reply soon, as ive got other things to do!!!

Ok, why don't you do Super Speedway, since most people seem to get the F1 from Seatle, but few people get it here on the first try.

Also, what countries is that mag printed in, because I've never heard of it.

Yeah, I've used my Escudo 20+ times at Super Speedway, to no avail. Hey Kenji, since you're so busy, why you posting this GARBAGE???

Like I said, it's all just a coincidence that it worked for you twice, it had nothing to do with this 'cheat' of yours.

There is no real way to have a 100% chance of winning the car you want. (That goes for all races, not just endurance ones.) My advice to anyone reading this is to keep all the good cars you win (even if you don't like them) and then find a friend who is willing to trade cars with you. That way, you can get the cars you want without having to race over and over again, or try any of these "garbage" methods posted on here.

"First off", I would never delete anything short of spam. For those who don't know what he's talking about, I posted a coment on him double posting. He posted a question and then decided to make a whole new thread for it. I didn't mind since he's an uwashed heathen and I believe he can't deleted posts. Well I told him about it and another member came in on his defence, very valid. I stated my reasons for my coment as a mod and asked that if anybody had anything to say that they should post it in the rules thread of the forum (The forum is Devil May Cry) or PM me. Which I believe some of you have seen me do with "Mod Coments" in this forum. The reason for this is to keep the entire thread from going off topic not because I didn't want people to see it. In fact I'm all for the opinion of others, so long as they're in the right place and don't insult anyone. If you want proof you may still see the discussion over my actions towards Kinji in the Devil May Cry Forum Rules thread. The person that came to Kinji's defence was kind enough to fallow the rules and brought his case there. So there you go, I don't go around deleting posts just because I don't agree with them and if anybody thinks otherwise I will be happy to discuss it with them through PM or in the forum rules thread.

Anyway, back to topic. I didn't quote anything out of place. If you go back and re-read your post you'll see how contradicting it is. Oh just to clear something else, I'm not against or with your method just stating the facts.
