Crap bases coupled with awful joining time make him a candidate to be difficult to use affectively.

Longbows are decent, Ballistae use is nearly non-existent in FE9, and The Double Bow has to be the worst piece of shit S rank weapon i've ever seen

Lyn wins offense for a bit, and that's it. Then Rebecca wins both offense and defense after promotion, and defense by alot, so Rebecca = winner.

Then consider the fact that Lyn costs 10k more to promote and Eliwood has to get pwn'd, and that's pretty much gg for Lyn. These are not minor points at all, just so you know. They're pretty huge, actually. Just how huge are they?

Early on, Lyn wins avoid by a bit, but Isadora's full WT mostly cancels that, Isadora also wins def by a bit. Then Isadora starts getting supports, and her avoid starts dominating. So she wins durability easily. More expensive weapons lets her dominate in offense, too. And she wins mobility and stuffs.
Isadora > Lyn. That's how much Lyn sucks.

Rebecca won't get as much xp as Lyn, as Rebecca's only gaining xp in player phase and very little in enemy phase.

Lyn doesn't get EXP after she hits level 20.

She's promoting about the same time as Rebecca, though.
