There's really just nothing much to discuss now. I mean, this game has been discussed like crazy already.

Thanks, but considering I haven't touched the script in over a week now, I seriously doubt I'll be needing your mapmaking services any time. I know you're a busy guy too, so I don't want to make you do extraneous work for a project that may never even be finished.

Yeah, my Fire Emblem 'fire', if you will, was doused sometime last week with a lack of free time, & has now been replaced by nothing really. Other than school & it's related activities, I've been doing nothing. I beat all the 'extra' or 'mirror' grand pries in Mario Kart 64, but video games just don't hold my interest anymore. I find that there are many more productive things to be doing than video gaming, so I am repelled from doing so, then again, doing nothing isn't very productive.

I'm just utterly bored & dissatisfied as of late, so don't mind my rambling too much.

You pretty much happened upon it during its downswing after a valiant effort to climb back out of the slums it had fallen to.

Everyone should just do a playthrough of sorts similar to the one I need to finish. That kickstarts life in a forum, trust me.

I'd work on my hack, but school and FF6A are interfering.

re: General On Topic Discussion: The Resurrection Continues

My Fire Emblem fire went out, for a lack of a less whimsical way to put it. My interests video game wise have shifted to Mario Kart & Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, & the times I play that are few & far between.

& school's just been a dick, for again, a lack of a better, less subtle way to put. My average for first quarter was a 91.78, which is a lot crappier than it looks, & I also need to do better if I want to go to a good college, or rather, any college. >_>

re: General On Topic Discussion: The Resurrection Continues

To be honest, I, too, have grown tired of Fire Emblem. It was once one of my favorite games, but the fact is that everything changes. As much as I'd like to host an FE map RPG, I've started thinking how poor the system really is.

Mathematics is a form of art to me, and whenever I try to design an FE RPG, the numbers simply seem... ugly in my eyes. I don't find beauty in the system. That's why I have abandoned an FE project after another from since I hosted my last one. That's why I wanted to try something new. So far I'm pleased with my new creation and am pleased with it and will continue hosting it as long as everyone continues in it.

To other news: it's not like it concerns most of you, but we're going to have a massive field exercise over here which starts on saturnday. I'll be gone for over two weeks.

Yeah i'm considering a all pre-promotes challenge once i finish this playthrough of Eliwood's hard mode. I was also wondering if anything was happening with Ste Guitar's game that he was making?

re: General On Topic Discussion: The Resurrection Continues

I'm doing a no-RNG runthrough. That means that every attack and Critical will connect as long as there's at least a 1% chance of it happening. Enemy phase is a lady dog.
