Oh god. Chapter 16x.
A pirate with a Killer Axe. An archer with a Killer Bow. 4 Pirates with Silver Axes. Damian. Had to use unarmed Hector as a meatshield twice in order to survive. On the other hand, arena abuse is ridiculously easy. And Eliwood and Florina have hax stats. ------------------- | |

Oh yeah, GM, make sure you use either Matt or Legault. No RNG makes Silencer brilliant.

I haven't changed a lot of my profile stuff in years either. I just assume that no one cares enough to look at it. I've contemplated changing my avatar but realize it wouldn't be the same.
By the way - an idea struck me before. I was thinking of doing a Fire Emblem map RP. It'd be based on this story I started writing & never really finished, but that doesn't matter yet. The game would play like an actual FE. You gradually gain units over time, & are eventually forced to bench some. Thus, all the characters would be given to you, or you'd have to recruit them yourself. Maybe the dialogue would yield a clue to who an enemy character has a connection with, or you could assume that the lord can recruit him/her. Although the main idea that I like is instead of having 9 people controlling one character on the map, having one person control the entire army for a duration of the chapter, & then switching off, into a cycle of a few interested people. It'd cause the maps to finish quickly, since it'd be one person calling all the shots - no waiting for people to make moves, plan, etc. - since it's just you - Like almost playing it on the gameboy, or emulator, if you're one of those. It sounds like a good alternative to me. My biggest issue with map RP's has always been how long they take; your idea would effectively shorten them.
On another note, is anybody familiar with the Wheel of Time series? I started reading the Eye of the World not too long ago, and I'm really enjoying it. The world is extraordinarily fleshed out and the characters seem likable easy to relate to. ------------------- | |

lol yeah, according to Wikipedia there's 11 of them out now, with three more to come. If each book is as long as the first (120,000 words >.<), then I have a feeling that I'll be reading this series a very, very long time. Hopefully I'll maintain the same level of interest the whole way through.
