I missed the bit on Super Paper Mario. It was pretty good, though not much like a Paper Mario game.

That girl in the picture isn't Master Sword. It's a god that appeared in Zelda Wind Waker. She gave the young Link fire and ice arrows in the Wind Waker.
So there fore she's not master sword.

Based on the fact that the poster is the only information regarding the upcoming game (it is, isn't it?), I really don't see how you are certain that its impossible for her to be the master sword.

And Tomato, I agree - if there's one game that I really want, it's a new Fire Emblem. No, not a rehash of one of the (kind of lame) originals with Marth and company, but a new addition to the series altogether. We haven't had a truly new Fire Emblem since the ninth. Radiant Dawn expanded upon Tellius, which is all well and good, but I want some new stuff.

Psh. The girl in the poster is clearly Midna's sister. The game is a sequel to Twilight Princess and shall be called New Moon Princess, where the plot of the game will essentially be a rehash of Twilight Princess except there will randomly be a second princess to save in an attempt to make things interesting and Link will turn angsty about having to choose between his original love, the Twilight Princess who abandoned him at the end of the game, and the New Moon Princess.

Also, Ganon will come back. Again.

Why do people think Shadow Dragon is so bad? I have the game and I enjoy playing it.

All it's supposed to be is a remake, like the DS remakes for Final Fantasy games.

I liked the game. Not being able to play the original (only know about it), it's fun playing through a game with Marth and his buddies as your team.

Yeah, FE7 had better character models, music and story, but that doesn't make Shadow Dragon's necessarily bad. It's like Goldeneye. A great game (FE7), but in result to that, every game after that just has to be compared to the best.

In my opinion, Blazing Sword is the best, followed by Sacred Stones, then Shadow Dragon, then Path of Radiance, then Radiant Dawn (now that game was a mess).

Oh well, everyone can't have the same opinion.

Story has always been my preferred aspect of a Fire Emblem game - and because Shadow Dragon lacked an especially good story, I was really disappointed in it.

Shadow Dragon before Path of Radiance? Not that there's anything wrong with that, but what didn't you like about FE9?

As for Radiant Dawn, I can see why people don't seem to like it much. Gameplay wise, it was probably worst in the series - though I still thoroughly enjoyed my playthrough of it. I thought that the good story made up for the constant changing of armies and other inconvenient things like that.

I agree that Blazing Sword is easily the best, but my list would the following:

Blazing Sword, Path of Radiance, Sacred Stones, Sword of Seals (let's not neglect FE6!), Radiant Dawn, Shadow Dragon.

I never bothered playing through four or five completely. My hope is that they one day come to the North American Wii Virtual Console; I'd probably play them then.

I didn't like Path of Radiance because it's not portable.

I didn't like Radiant Dawn because it's not portable either. Or good.

But to be honest, PoR was fun, much better than RD. The main problem is just mainly the fact that I can't take it with me on roadtrips or that crap.

I didn't see what was wrong with Shadow Dragon's story; aren't they all pretty much the same?

Fe7: Lyn is at war with Lundgren, then Eliwood is at war with Nergal.
Fe8: Eirika and Ephraim are at war with Grado, then against the demon king
Fe9: Crimea is at war with Daein, Ike is randomly fit into the mix.
Fe10: Everyone is at war with Begnion.
Fe11: Marth is at war with lots of people, then against a dragon.

Quite similiar.
