Mug 1: Lucius, Eleanora, and the rest is custom work.

Mug 2's torso is Canas's and Karel's, with some custom work.

These are pretty good splices. I don't see many flaws on them.
You get 1.5 points. You were correct on the second sprite, but that ponytail came from Forde. I can see how that would've been hard to guess, because it's only about a third of the ponytail, and it's in a weird place, but that was the hard part.

Liking the sprites --- They look well-made, clean-cut. Lowen's head doesn't fit Wil's body too well though, he looks somewhat hunched over.

In other news, I finally managed to beat Chapter 14 of FE6. Wooo.
Yeah, true. But these are based off of real people, and the guy that was modeled off of really does look like that (hair and all).

The middle one's me.

The top one is for another of my friends, who was actually slightly offended when she found out that the top half of that sprite came from all guys. Then I showed her the official game art of Lucius, and she wasn't offended anymore.

re: General On Topic Discussion: The Resurrection Continues

I really don't want to summarize, but I made some sprites, Tomato's casting an RPG (methinks) and we're generally trying to bring life back to this forum. Maybe we should start with a game thread (Hurt/Heal or something) or a sprite competition. Or an RPG. Somehow, though, I'm not sure any of these conversations really belong in the On-Topic GD, of all places. Also unsure of why I haven't seen this forum's moderator yet.

Phazon Dragon disappeared years ago, many years ago. Before I was even a member of this place. So he's there strictly for comedic purposes.

It's a game I'm too lazy to program, so if I ever get it done (which isn't likely), it'll be a map RPG style game.

What are you using to design it, Tomato?

re: General On Topic Discussion: The Resurrection Continues

Oh. Sorry. Here I was thinking it was an RPG.

I'm doing a comic with the characters I sprited... kind of. I don't know if I'll ever find a better way to do it than Word (sigh).

if you want any help with graphics for this thing, let me know. I'll do anything to keep my mind off my History homework.

How do you mean? I'm basically just racking through my head for ideas at the moment, & adding to the script when I feel like it. I want to figure out the entire storyline first before I do the maps, supports, & in some cases, the mugs.

So far it's kind of running Lyn's Story-esque, with the opening chapters being really short & with few units. Your army doubles in Chapter 2 or 3, & then again after, so that should be alright. The prologue is extremely small, as is the first chapter. 1 vs. 2 & 3 vs. 8.

No, it's all in writing &/or sprited images, if that's what you're trying to get at.

re: General On Topic Discussion: The Resurrection Continues

As in it's a pain to write everything? No, I like doing the writing part. I'm not a very good spriter, so that part is somewhat annoying, & I've yet to attempt at mapmaking, which will be an adventure, whenever I decide to get around to it.

But yeah, I find the writing portion the most enjoyable of all of it. If I didn't like the story, I probably wouldn't be going through the trouble.
