Here's my own problem: I want to create a mugshot of my custom sprites, but I don't know how to do it...

Eh, I've never really been into RPing.
But to the thread author, look around for tutorials. The technique "Splicing" is most effective for beginners, but later you can do full custom stuff. -------------------  | |

Yeah, it's kind of hard for a rookie to do anything beyond simple splices & recoloring. Once you read some tutorials & practice a ton, then you could probably go on to sprite yourself.
