I need help. THey keep killing my Lords, and Matthew is gone, so I can't pick any locks. I lost Legault too. Any sugggestions?

No they don't.

Eliwood shows up in 10, or 11. I can't remember. And it stays the same.

I cannot remember that chapter. Use one of the walkthroughs on the site. They should help.

Check and see if Merlinus is holding a couple of Keys, or wait until the enemies foolishly open the doors themselves.

For your Lord's problems, Eliwood is pretty goos at defense and Evasion, while Lyn excels in speed and Evasion and Hector has a higher weapon defense. Hope that helps a little bit.

Actually they do... The numbers for the missions do change later on because Hector has 4 exclusive missions and one exclusive side quest. 2 of the exclusive missions replace a mission in Elliwood's story and 2 of the missions don't replace any of Elliwood's mission.

In short Hector's story is like Elliwood's just he is now the main character and some more missions.

The first change is on Mission number 15-16 in Eliwoods story. In hectors story he has an extra mission called Talon's Alight making what on Eliwoods quest #15 Noble Lady Of Caelin #16 on his. Another one is Mission #25 in Eliwoods story. On hectors his Mission #25 is called Crazed Beats instead of Pale Flower of Darkness.

Hector's missions are a totally new story area. Sure they share the same missions and overall storyline, but you see things more from Hector's viewpoint than Eliwood's. The reason for different mission numbers is that you have to do the ones that also exist in Eliwood's story along with Hector's new ones. Also, the missions are slightly harder as enemy units change (ex: in Eliwood's 2nd mission, for Hector's storyline a few Pegasus Knights replace some enemies and you also get to use Matthew and Serra that same mission instead of waiting for the next)

When you meet up with Eliwood and his party (Marcus, Rebecca, Bartre, ect...) They do not have the experience that you could have gotten the level before. Now Matthew, Serra and Hector are the ones to get the experience from the first mission of their story. The same thing goes for the Noble Lady of Caelin mission Lyn and their party are weaker. They are the same ones that you acquired there before though.

When you get the members from Lyn's story, experience will carry through if you played through the whole story again and started Hector's story after Lyn's. If you just decided to start in the middle of the whole story with Hector, you'll get predetermined, low level characters.
