Here is a list of the characters you must talk to. If they automatically join I'm not typing it.

Starting at mission 11

Mission 13- Talk to Guy with Matthew

Mission 14- Talk to Erk with Serra. Visit the town with any unit.

Mission 16- Talk to Raven with Priscilla and Lucius with Raven

Mission 16X- Visit the upper right house just to the left of your starting position to get Canas.

Mission 18- Talk to Fiora with Florina

Mission 19- Talk to Legault with Eliwood or Lyn.

Mission 21- Talk to Heath with Ninian, Hector or Eliwood (Lyn also works but she will be on the other side of the screen.) Talk to Rath with Lyn

Mission 22- Talk to Hawkeye with Eliwood.

Mission 23A- Talk to Wallace with Lyn, Wil, Kent, Sain or Florina

Mission 23B- Talk to Geitz with Dart.

Mission 24- DO NOT ATTACK VAIDA, SHE WILL BECOME A PLAYABLE CHARACTER LATER.

Mission 25- There are two versions, but it does not matter which you have. To get Harken have Eliwood talk to him. To get Karel have Eliwood talk to him.

Now you have the Majority of them, I am going on no further. Just have Eliwood talk to Vaida and any unit talk with Renault. There is a huge thread on Nino and Jaffar.

Harken**: lv 8 Hero(if you have opened three or fewer doors before the end of the ninth turn Harken will appear at the bottom right hand corner of the map, have Eliwood speak with him) NOTE: YOU CAN ONLY GET ONE OF THEM TO JOIN YOU NOT BOTH SO TAKE YOUR PICK!

Jaffar*: have nino talk to him to unlock chapter 26x where you can get him)

Vaida: lv 9 Wyvern Lord(if you didn't kill her in chapter 24 she will appear here, have Eliwood stan near the bottom right corner of the map ready to talk to her or else she will attack)

Athos: lv 20 Archsage(automaticly joins)

Karla: lv 5 Swordmaster(have Bartre talk to her in the Arena he must be a high level Warrior to survive the attack I recommend giving him the Iron Rune and equipping him with a bow so that you don't accidently kill her, yes she has to survive also)

Those are the only two different characters that you can get in Hector's story. Hope that helps

I believe I used Hector to talk with Legault. Just letting you know. But I may have used someone else, I cannot remember.

Sue me! I'm sure there are tons of other people that I forgot to put in there.

Well from what I could tell, that was the only mistake I saw. But then again, I may not have been to much attention.

Tsk..Tsk...Tsk. I guess you could use Heath though. He would probably be better in the long run anyway. Because Vaida is a level 9 Wyvern Lord.

Rath's unit killed of Heath before i could get anyone there in time...and Vaida attacked my people so i killed her off with Rebecca(Lvl 5 Sniper) on level 24...so i have no Wyverns... i didnt feel like restartin the map anymore...

I like peg knights better anyway because most of my people do not have a high resistance.

Man, how many levels are there?

Okay scratch that. I couldn't get Hector to talk to Legault this time.

Hector can't talk to legault. I think Eliwood is the only one, maybe lyn. Eliwood has a higher defense anyway so send him.
