	you need more blending colors, right now it looks like he fell into a bucket of multicolored paint. find balanced color schemes, such as workable hair colors with shades and clothing colors from previous characters -------------------

	You didn't need to change the neck. The neck was fine. Though in comparrison, the 2nd one looks more realistic. You need to fix the hair though. ------------------- [/size]
