ok i was doing some thinking, i was thinking about building a thief but then agian the only way im going to level up and earn gil is by working with teams. Im so use to diablo i like to solo play ya know. Anways, i need to know a build that can make money fast as thieves as well as survive on their own. I know that in the long run that i will have to rely on teams but if someone can help me out on either A: a well divised thief build that is capble of doing solo, and B: another build that can make just as much gil or close to a thief that can solo and do things by himself. ( cuz i have no friends so i am a outsider.)

Im sure you mean Beastmaster, which is considered the best solo job, but first, you'll have to train another job to 30, and second, you may not like the idea of a Beastmaster.

Well, I make gil with my blm/thf. My theif at 15 for Treasure Hunter. I also have a level 1 rng for hunting elemental and NMs. Sounds to me like you were born to be a rng. First of all, I have never leveled a rng past one. But I know they are good at soloing, farming, killing NM, and work well with the taru race...aren't you taru? As I said in the other post, I am pimpswag on garuda and would be happy to introduce you to somepeople and get you a linkshell. Im a taru from windy with the green LS tarusarebetterthanu. What's you name on Garuda?

Monks are great for soloing, or at least I think so, until you get to 30.

I think he means beastmaster. And yeah level any job(best to do WHM though since its fast and ull need it as a support job for beastmaster) to 30 then do the job quest to get beastmaster. then level that, they are the best job for soloing in the game and with the new updates they are even better.
