Cannot even start

I have a PIV 3.0 Ghz, 1 Gb ram, a Geforce mx4000 128 mb, an Asrock PVM800 Motherboard. I installed Driv3r But I cannot even enter in the first Screen. Windows launch a window with an error and the game must be closed. Anybody could help me?
