hey, i was wondering, does my stealing money from people in towns afect my game points? what are my game points do for?

Hello. No, stealing won't affect your game points.
You earn game points with the mini games you can / must play sometimes. Those points are the key to unlock the great hidden powers of Ryu. They make it possible that your dragon transformations evolve to the stronger one. Try to get 50000 GP to evolve all your dragons (I just say "sand-flier". You will know what mean when you get there). To evolve your dragon just transform into a dragon. Yes sandflier mini-game boost game points much more than other mini-games. But I think it's very difficult
