Unique controls. No button to climb things, just walk up to it and you'll climb automatically. A punch/throw/swing item button, grapple button,and pick up item button (grapple and pick up item buttons may be just one, I'm not too sure). Maybe there will even be a taunt button, who knows? Your character will flash lightly when it's time to reverse a move. Reverses can literally go on for quite a few minutes. You can't use same moves over again or the crowed will boo and throw things to hurt you. If you mix it up, you get extra momentum. New style career mode that includes objectives to complete (like Tony Hawk). Of which you will recieve new characters, areas, and video footage for accomplishing. It's a way to get you to really interact with the environment. Body parts show 3 levels of damage: light, rough, and messed up. Even if you're dealing the damage, your knuckles will become bloody. You can even get muddy. You win by Knockout or pin, submissions have not been mentioned at all. The Backyard Wrestling Babes are in the game. Get ready for some sexy action as well!
