i became a werewolf killed people then used a cure disease and some how it cured me of being a werewolf and now everyone is still trying to kill me

{PS:I became a werewolf by being attacked by a random person outside of the mission and i hadn't actually gotten very far in the game}

well i'm an oblivion player, i never really tried morrowind even tho i have it and i know in oblivion there is such thing as bounty. As in you are wanted. you have to pay the find or go to jail. this probebly wont help, just saying wat would probebly happen in oblivion. srry

in the BM main quest you get infected
there is 9 high level werewolves wandering around solsthiem and if you fight the you may get infected
either way you go, wait three days and the next night you will transform into a werewolf
to get rid of the bounty, do the cure quest and it will go away
