gamers.com has it reviewed with an 8/10, and one of there mags EGM also gave it an 8/10 one reviewer anyway.

I really want to rent the game it looks pretty cool, the graphics look decent, pretty good to me from what I could tell from pics and you're supposed to start out in a garage and watch yourself build up to a factory as you win more races.

I don't know how good it is, I went to there site and all I saw was 4 tracks, to begin with anyway I think. Maybe you can race them reverse too or something.

I'm just going to rent it though.

Hi everybody! Nice to see an active forum for this game. It is too bad there is not more interest. I just bought a used copy of this game last night for $39.99. Apex is a solid game. The graphics are the best in a racing game I have ever scene; much better that Sega GT 2002. It is no Gran Turismo as far as automobile customization and upgrades go, but this is an excellent title for beginners because of its easy control. Moreover, Apex is challenging even for seasoned, video-game-racing veterans such as myself. Anyhow, many video game reviews did not do this game justice.

Personally I find it a matter of driving style. Apex seems really aracadish, while games like Sega GT are more realistic. If I could take the graphics from Apex and mix it with Sega GT it would be nice. I've finished tracks in second and still beaten the track record for time. I don't like in Apex how no matter how good you are sometimes you just can't run away from the competition. (in comparison to games like Sega GT)

Well, I find that a good, and more realistic feature. Yes, you could still pull away if you tried (unless your car sucks and their car is faster).

I have a quick question: How many cars are in each regular race?

Theres only 3 of us and IG just comes in to close stuff in there thats about it... Not maybe people come to sega GT 2002 forum now.

My understanding is IGV comes down here and does more than just close threads.... He also introduces games n that kinda stuff...

Hey guys I got this game because of the demo I really liked it

Cool The game is very good, very easy, but it gets very boring/repetative. I was disappointed near the end...

it's hard not easy because it gets annoying when you put it on hard difficulty

hey everyone . . . I'm eclipse115 . . . I've only been able to play the demo version of this game but it seemed pretty good . . . I didn't particularly like the steering though
