I can't seem to figure out how to get the sims into 2 players. Can anyone help??

If you want to do neighborhood in 2 player you have to beat get a life first. Then start a neighborhood game, and have player 2 press start in game.

I'm not convinced this works... I didn't beat get a life and was still able to play two players in the other, neighbourhood (sp?) game. Just fire up a game in the N series and then plug in another controler and press start. should split the screen and let you play...

I just read it from the instruction manuel. It's in there somewhere. Maybe i read wrong?

No your right, that is what it says in the manual, but it let me do it before I was supposed to so I was wondering if it is a glitch in the program... See if it works for you... Before you complet the Get a live challenge

I'm pretty sure you unlock 2 player levels while you are playing in Get A Life mode it says in the menu under stuff you unlock during that level. Beats me when you get to play it though, since I never tried two player.

Probably just have to plug both controlers in once you unlock a 2 player game, and then go to multiplayer in the main menu.

I think that their are 2 ways of playing multiplayer. You can play 2 players against each other or co-operatively. I think that you may need to finish get a life in order to play one of the 2 modes.

This is correct, two types of two player games... Co-Op is always available, just press start and the second player will join, and head to head will be unlocked as you go... Just found this out for fact, sorry about the misinformation

In the Xbox game both players will be walking around the house. I am pretty sure you move around instead of choosing were to go.

that is incorrect. You tell your sim where to go and what to do. You don't directly control them, just tell them what to do, if that makes sense. You controll thier actions, but not them directly...

n e body thought that the code "Midas" might do this lol ....................it does Midas-----unlocks EVERYTHING

I have though of this, but I can get two player without using the cheat. I think that the manual was talking about Get a life only. Not play the sims part of the game. It was a typo in the manual, that's all...

well, once u beat certain levels, more sim two player games are unlocked. But to play in the play the sims mode, a second player just has to push start and the screen will split. But there is a cheat to unlock all the two player modes. Hold down the left and right trigger at once and type in MIDAS. Then you begin a get a life mode, get in the hot tub with the girl, press start and just quit. It'll unlock two player modes, objects and skins. Go to www.abby-cheat.com for more cool sims cheats.
