	make sure you go to work in a good mood(green)and you might need a certain amount of friends before you get promoted, i suck at makin friends, im not very outgoing so i cant be bothered to do anyfin else now, got any tips on how to make friends anyone?

	Yes,Let your sim miss one day of work make them so happy and wait for someone to come or walk by(Mom doesn't count) greet them and just talk and give gifts til you get to 100% you should make a freind then throw a party invite that freind and ask him to be a roomie!! you'll move out together and probbly Marry!!!
