	my sim has had the job for a while and i did all the logic ,body ect and i can't get the 4th pormotion!how help? ------------------- Hottest guitar player is tom (up top)

	Make more friends. I'm willing to bet your lack of friends is holding back you promotions. The more friends you have (which have a little happy face) then the more you are promoted.
