I just killed capek with eos and now the self destruct is going off and eos is telling me to go where she came so without thinkin i did it the first time and i went through this door and the second door wasn't open so then she died and it said i failed w/e but then i tried looking for a way to shut it down and i didn't see anything, and eos wont move and get out of there, anyone help me out with what to do?

Run out of the door she came from. You will find an airlock, go through it like you normally would.
