Okay so my guide tells me that you can only use these when you reach level 15. I'm level 17 and in order to use the attack, the guide tells me to hold down R2 and then press jump. But...nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

its on this new gauge thing on the bottom
you need to pick up 4 x power powerups to get an x treme attack
