	I have made it to the upper level and I can see the brackets to weld and I don't know where to stand to weld them. Can anyone help me out?

	Your most likley standing in the correct place, but first you must use a telepath to move the metal arms, then weld them.

	you can use either strom's whirlwind or jean's telekenesis, they both work.

	Thx for the tips... I was having difficutly on that part too!! The level never said anything about moving the arms. It just mentions any X-man having a ranged attack! lol
