I played as the Germans first, finished a campaign and now I'm playing as the Japanese.

i just got the game 2 days ago and am also playing as the germans. so far ive taken everything west of africa and east of it to include india. and still the damn limeys are sending bb's at me! figured out that the bismarks sink very quickly. rather have a sharnhorst or adm hipper instead.

i figure ill take them out hopefully before dec 1941 so i can concentrate on america alone.

i kinda like pto2 better for the SNES. sure there wasnt as many different types of ships but free roaming the seas was cool. of course the battles didnt look as cool.

the design ship process seems too complicated to attempt before you have everything researched. lose space pretty quick so i guess i wont be making and super ships like pto2. (remember cl's at 99/99 and max armour!)

i dunno im getting bored pretty damn quick. figure ill play all the campaigns and scenarios then switch em around like having everyone against germany or something. i expect to trade it in for the navops gunner game next friday. that looks cool with the customization and arcade style battles!

Yeah PTO II was the bomb, I had it for Sega Saturn. I played the first one on Nes.

It isn't that much work to check a forum, I'm too lasy to email.

I bought the game just a few days back and I started the campaign with the Americans and I'm fighting against the Japanese, I have to say, there not that good, here's a tip, use 2 fleets and 1 fleet with aircarriers for each fight and your mostly safe to win all the time. The AI of my ally Britian is disappointing I expected they could at least win a battle against Hitlers military.

2 Japanese bases and there fleet is as good as destroyed

Yeah I played as the US after Germany and Japan I think.

The US campaign was pretty easy, I bowled my way through the Japanese regions pretty quick, isolating their main bases and eventually taking those over too. I guess I use the sub cheat though, use a bunch of subs in a fleet, to take down your enemies fleets before you send your other ships into the region.
