Yes they will stop coming if you take out the gravestones.It's kind of cool keeping out the gravestones though.

Even tho I have the game and love it, compared to the PC version it isn't really worth your money, unless you're an absolute Sims fan, this game is another Sim game with the same purpose of course it does have a story line "Get A Life" which you may fallow or just create your own.
