Spino is known to be a fish eater because he has the long snout to catch the fish, he has a relation to the Suchomimus which also had a snout to EAT FISH. It was suposed to be smart enough to use it's long arms.
T-rex is known to be really stupid and acually isn't a scavenger, what would be the point in having some of the strongest teeth and bones to be a scavenger??? and if the t-rex falls on the ground people think it will die but not really because it's hardly gona stand up when it sleeps??? duhhh

The Spino has a long snout for fish, look at the heron it eats fish and has a long snout.
