First of all,nobody ever said that t-rex & spino coexsisted with eachother, we just said that if they somehow met, who would win. Second of all, I agree with you when you said that spinosaurus is cool, but I disagree with you when you said that t-rex sucks. However, if they ever did battle with eachother, i'd say that it would be an even match.
P.s., I'm twelve years old and I also know a lot about dinosaurs.

This is my response to all the peopl who are saying that Spinosaurus had superior senses to a T-rex. First of all, just like humans, T-rex had binocular vision, which allowed it to see to its full potential as a predator. It would not have this trait if it had poor eyesight. Next, I read in some old national geographic magazines the other day some scientists think that T-rex had the greatest sense of smell ever in any land animal ever, dozens of times greater than even a bloodhound, which smells hundreds of times better than a human. T-rex could probably smell out its prey from milis and miles away, allowing it to plan its attacks more effectively than most predators. I should also mention that in a fight, if the T-rex managed to get it's jaws around the Spino's neck or or a leg it would be over; the T-rex also had one of the greatest bite forces of any animal ever, comparable even to the megalodon. It could literally crush any of the bones in a Spino's body in one bite, certainly killing it. Thus, in real life, the fight scene in J3 would have ended when the t-rex bit the spino's neck. And as the spino's jaws were designed for gripping, not crushing, the only way it could defeat a T-rex is if it somehow ripped the T-rex's stomach open, which is highly unlikely. The fact of the matter is, Spinosaurus simply did not have the physical equipment to fight another predator of similar size, especially not T-rex. Don't get me wrong, I think spinosaurus is awuesom, and was definitly an apex predator, but to tell you the truth, I have yet to find any information that implies that the Spino could do anything to a T-rex other than outrun it, which I admit it could definitly do.

the only reason spino wins in the game is cos it won in the film NOT because it is stronger. size doesnt matter either, since most of spino is tail and snout. t rex can crush bones with its jaws, and would practically have decapitated spino. plus, spino only hunts small animals and fish, so would probably run rather than face a real predator.

In JP3, t.rex should have cut off spino's head in one bite. If i was the writer of this movie, i would make t.rex win, no doubt. I just don't undersand., WHY THEY WOULD MAKE SPINO WIN!!??

in real life t-rex and spinosaurus never lived together if the did come across each other they would probably ignore one another also the t-rex in jurassic patk 3 was the baby one from the lost world you can tell because the t-rex is green and the t-rexes in the other two were brown

It makes no sense that the rex had its neck broken by a way weaker animal. The rex bit the spino in the neck twice with the strongest bite force of any animal ever. The rex should have won hands down.

I like spinosaurus, but my best guess is Tyrannosaurus, because it had the strongest bite force of any animal that has ever lived.

Why the heck do u guys argue about 2 Freqin Dinosaurs that existed about 60,000,000 years ago (yes thats how long ago!!!! thats 21900000000 days) And it duzint matter how strong or week the T-rex' bones were it only needs to take a small twist or jerk to break a neck i was last on this last July and just quit tryin to end this (dont stop because it's funny and enjoyable) now u guys are still fightin!!! u guys are probably from the states even though this is an American website but im from Ireland i americans think that we Irish are daft and some AMERICANS ACTUALLY THINK WE HAVE REAL LEPRECONS!!!! Spino was nown to be taller but the T-rex was larger and broder and was the most Dominant meat eating dinosaur!! ( remeber i like theser dinosaurs equally)
