Aggro's possible new cars thread |

I've been looking around a bit just in case I do end up parking/selling the TA and getting something else to drive for a while. So far here are a few I've found:
'96 Formula '89 IROC '87 Monte Carlo SS <--- Wheels would be first thing to go. Dreaming. This message was edited by Aggro on Dec 13 2007. ------------------- quote Every ignorant dumbshit on Neoseeker

Skurred of anything that requires clutch operation there Aggro? Steer clear of automatics man, they're lame as hell. You can definitely pick up a higher mileage 6 speed LS1 Z28 for probably even cheaper than Speedy's, Z28s are dirt cheap compared to SS's and WS6's.

Dude, if he doesn't want a stick, he doesn't want a stick. Maybe he's growing up faster than the rest of us.
And don't give me shit about having an automatic. I really, really want a stick shift to play with. I was gonna say the IROC until I saw Panther's comment. It does look a little messed up. Throw it all in the ring and get the Buick! ------------------- 2004 Ford Crown Victoria- 21mm rear swaybar, BOC 91 octane tune, dual Flowmaster 40s, 3.73 gears, posi, Marauder airbox and 80mm MAF, '04 PI zip tube, 70mm tb, ported and polished intake plenum... 15.07 @ 90.65 with a 2.18 60'

I would much prefer a manual over an auto, but there just doesn't seem to be many around here.
And yeah I'm trying to stay under $5k, lower if possible. If I do end up buying another car I don't plan on driving it for more than a couple of years. It's all still up in the air at this point anyway. Also, throwing around this idea as well. ------------------- quote Every ignorant dumbshit on Neoseeker

quote AggroGo for it, and when our pandamonium around here about people having accidents gets back around to you, you'll be the first one to die. I've lost too many friends on motorcycles, and I'm only 17. I would go with the IROC, personally. Plus, if you don't plan on keeping it for a long long time, when you decide to get rid of it, you can throw it my way, nice and cheap. =] ------------------- ![]()

I'd go with the IROC. No one else noticed it only has 12,500 miles?

I agree on the IROC also, baby looks great for that old though... the GN would be sweet for some ol school turbo kicks.

I didn't leave myself open for anything.
I noticed the IROC only had 12k miles, that's why I went for it. Yeah *bleep* the bike dude. All my friends have them and if it was your only vehicle you would be screwed if it's raining. You would either have to drive in the rain and get wet or just not go anywhere. I say I-Rock. Those cars are awesome. I didn't even look to see how cheap it was. If you were gonna try and stay around 6k I would say LS1. I'm gonna ask 6500 for mine when I buy my truck. You can find some decent ones for 6-7k. Have you ever found out what was wrong with the firechicken?

Well I'd still have the 'burban, but my mom would have daily heartattacks if I got a bike. Just a whim pretty much.
Anyway, we haven't had a chance to get into the snot rocket yet to see the extent of the damage what with the craziness around Christmas time and such. Probably won't know until after the new year. My cousin did offer me the motor out of his V6 Firebird, but *bleep* that. He doesn't need it anymore seeing as how he's getting a C5 'Vette for his graduation present...bastard ------------------- quote Every ignorant dumbshit on Neoseeker

Christmas craziness is a lame excuse Aggro...Invest in a 100pc tool set if you haven't already and yank the top end of the motor off in a couple hours. It's easy as pie, I'd get a 1/2 breaker bar and 9/16 or 5/8 socket for breaking the head bolts loose. Other than that, it's self explanitory, get that shit apart and see what's going on inside your motor!
