Alright, now that at least some people have picked up this title and played it, I am curious to find out what you think should have been added to make this game better.

I think that there should be the option to get an Armored Personnel Carrier (APC) for the Marines. It would probably cost a ton of credits, but it would be worth it. A Commtech would be required to drive it, or else there could be a special unit, Driver, that you would have to use to operate it. I don't think it would be that great offensively, maybe only a turret gun mounted on it, but with the upgrade you would have the ability to place up to three other sentry guns on it too. It would have a high amount of life too (I'm thinking around 1500 to match the Queen) and it would be heavily armored against most things, except maybe not quite as good against acid.

You could load up to 12 units in one at a time, not including the driver, and it would be a way to travel the map a lot faster, and a lot safer as well. But I think especially the speed aspect would be good, because all marine units, except for the synth, are horribly slow.

Of course, if the APC was included some people may think that it would be unbalanced in the game, but with a maximum of four guns for protection, a group of predators could probably take it out, as could Aliens...especially if there were a Ravager or two among their ranks.

Overall, I think it would be a great improvement to the game, and give the Marines something else to work with.

A map maker would have kicked ass, sorta like the one for Warcraft 3. The have an online in which you could download other peoples maps onto your memory card if you wanted to, or just play it across the net!

A free for all mode would be nice instead of just staying in campaign mode.

Either that or a team deathmatch where you and a comp vs your friend and a comp, or just humans vs comps would rock!

CO-OP play. Always need cooperative gameplay to make a game better.

Add a multiplayer and bot suport to ANY game and itll be good

I would've wanted this game to be worth my money. It sucks! I refuse to try and think it's good just becuase I spent my money on it.... like you guys. I've done that before put in time with games that were far from stellar just out principle. But this game really sucks. I've seen games on the old PS that look better than this! The RTS controls are horrible. They're not very responsive. This game had sooo much potential, I can't believe EA let this one through.

I hate the graphics, they look like PS1
I hate the gameplay,the guys never move how you want them to when you set them up in attack team formations.
I hate the map system. I hate how the only way to unlock features is to navigate your way to the end of the level in an unreasonable amount of time, becuase of how sucky and slow the guys move. I'm not finding the missions to be all that entertaining, they are very bland. I don't like the upgrade system. I don't like the game, I'm stuck on whether I want to trade it in or keep it as a collectors item. Gamestop isn't giving that much for it, becuase they alreasy know how much the game sucks!

First off, the graphics are actually fairly nice, and so is the detail. I guess two hours on a mission does suck, but you can just save it and load it when ever you please so play then rest, then load, regaurdless of how long a mission takes. Gamestop? Do you mean, Game spy?

We can argue over the graphics all day.... check your magazine issues, no-one really diggs them. I'll say the FMv stuff and the intro was nice, but gameplay graphics are like a PS1 game that had upgraded graphics on PS2. (I think Syphon Filter 3 did that among a few ohers.)I just can't put in hours and hours on a game that has sucky graphics (espescially when there's much better looking games with better action, and gameplay out there)and horrible gameplay. I like the story in this game, but even that could've used a little more effort.

I would have liked to have seen flying units for the aliens liked a winged alien king, or winged praetorians. For the marines i think the APC would have been a fair advantage in comparison, and for the predators some of those anti-aircraft/tank things from marine mission 6 or 7.

This game was a disgrace to the AVP series... i wish they had ported avp2 for pc to ps2, it tops this boring game so bad that this game looks like turd compared to avp2.

No experience (avp2 made gaming exp. great, especially for marines)
No gameplay (slow, boring gameplay, if you use human you got the huge advantage of rocket launchers, flamethrowers, medics, and grenades)
Bad AI, aliens marines and preds get stuck in corners... and they react so badly to enemy attacks.
No multiplayer, without multip. this game died real fast...
Really bad npc models (flat faces... nuff said...)

The game could have had better graphics, but i do like this game do not get me wrong besides more lvls would have been nice.

This game was NOTHING like the movie but it was better than most AVP games. I think they should have added the pyramid were all the aliens and preds were and they started the game with all 3 species inside the pyramid.
