career mode for ps2 |
|
Can anyone who bought this game tell me if the career mode allows the player to race in full distance meaning the real no. of laps in a real grand prix? I have read a review which said that it only lets you race for 6-8 laps and the race is already finished which is quite unrealistic.

No, sorry. The races are only between 6-8 laps like you heard. But you must still pit during the race which still can make you ned even more strategy.

Is there anyway to change your strategy does anybody know? Because I want to pit early on so I can make up ground near the end in some races, because on some tracks the leaders just get too far ahead.
Can you change the race distance in quick race mode? -------------------

In Single race, you can change all the settings. Weather, lap amounts, whether to qualify or not etc.
Basically, in Career Mode, you can't change any of the settings. Nor can you change the strategy. What lap you pit on it determined by where you qualify by the game's AI. btw, pitting early isn't always the best idea.
