It's cool how he looks just like a cartoon character. What a nice style of graphics.

oh yes, and the slow motion, how could i forget the bleepin' slow motion? reminds me of the matrix!

I heard that it had some parody type of humor in it which should be fun and how you can slow down or speed up time.

I played it on the demo disc thing I bought, and the slow thing is used quite a lot to ake out tornado enemies and just to see stuff in general. The fast time thing makes it look all whooshy and cool! You can also dodge enemy attacks by pressing up or down to evade either type of attack. You start off as regular Joe, and eventually unlock your true power and can turn into Viewtiful Joe after having your meter thing go up. He yells something, and you're off, double jumping and whooping ass in slow motion!

Yeah - this is perhaps the best game I've ever seen. I'm selling my playstation2 and getting a gamecube now. Innovative, old-school gaming like this only happens on the nintendo, it seems.

anyways, this game's got the coolest cel-shaded graphics ever. it's loaded with spunky humor - you've gotta love a game that uses the word 'hero-ness'. and it's got cartoony bullet trail smoke rings. big time props to capcom.

now, i want to see them use the same aesthetics to make-over megaman and come out with a real next-gen addition to that classic franchise.

Keep your PS2 & GC, you'll have the best of both worlds, mate.

The speed up feature is awesome. I have played the game on my demo disc and when you speed up you can take out more than one enemy at a time.

The Japanese adverts look quite funny. I'm thinking about getting this on import...

I heard that in the final eng version they are gonna have a zoom in feature to see the fighting moves better. That will be a unique feature.

Heh, I read the whole thing about Vietiful Jow in my Nintendo Power. Man, tha game seems awesome!

I have read it in the Nintendo Power magazine also.The storyline does sound pretty cool.I do kind of like that slow and fast motion.The only thing is that my brother and my friends keep telling me the game sucks from what they have played from the demo.

Don't listen to your brothers...The game is great..I think, I never played it..-_-
