Here is a question that I asked myself over and over and I really cant settle it, so this forum is open to anybody who loves Onimusha as much as I do, please NO ignorant, immature remarks lets keep it clean after all its only opinions. Enjoy!!!!

I'm pretty sure Gogandantess would annoy Gargant to death.

I couldnt agree with you more, Gogan is a pain in the ass.

Garuganto no doubt, but if they ever fought each other Gogandantess can NOT wear his stupid shield.

If Gogandantess has tat stupid armour, Gargant have snow ball's change in hell.

Without the armour, Gargant will win because he hits faster and harder and seems to be able to take more punishment than loud mouth Gogandantess. Hell, Gargant walked out of a large explosion (when his ship blow up in his face ) and seems to be slightly injured only.

Theoritically the only person who can beat Gogandantess is Jubei, as he was half oni, as to play the magic flute and break his shield you had to have oni blood, so technically even Samanosuke couldn't beat Dantess as he did not have an Oni bloodline. Therefore Garuganto would get stomped on by Dantess. However, without the shield I still reckon that Dantess' speed and agility would give him a slight upper hand, so I reckon he could win.

i think sam does have oni blood since only those with gauntlets or the thing jubei had oni blood remember vega donna called jacques a foul son of an oni and i think sam has oni blood too

And wat prevents Sam from using tat silver orb and release thousands of Onis to beat the crap out Dantess like wat he did at the end of the game with Nobunaga's demons?

Well, Gogandantess is the 'Greatest swordsman of all demons'

and anyway it says in Blade Warriors that Dantess and Gargant are friends so they wouldn't fight one another anyway.
Its one of those questions that can't be answered.

Who is Gargant anyway? he's in the opening movie of demon siege and he's like-"we meet again sam!" but i havn't seen him any any of the games, can anyone explain?

Maybe they meet during the time Sam went from where ever he started from to tat spot we see him hanging a few dozen feets above ground in the starting movie.

OR could it be a chance for another Onimusha game strictly for Sam?

A friend of mine says tat there most likely won't be any with future tense for Sam since tat will like changing History and Japanese (according to him) don't like to change their history.

According to history (by my friend), 1-2 yrs after Nobunaga's death, a man named Akechi (who also responsible for Nobunaga's death) will be killed by Hideyoshi's assassins.

you cant make a comparison between gogandantess and gargant because you only see gargant fighting early on in the opening movie of onimusha3. Unless there is some big story behind him and gogandantess in blade warriors (which i have yet to play) then i say you cant compare the two.

but if i was to pick one, id say gogandantess, as it was already mentioned, he is agile aswell as strong. Also, if Gogandantess had his shield down, it wouldn't make him any less formidable as a swordsman. Ultimately it would be close.

and when Gargant says 'we meet again sam' that is just to signify that samanosuke has been leading his own individual rebellion against the genma, and at one point in time met gargant.

Urrr...Is everyone forgeting both of them are dead? If they weren't, Gogandantess would win 'cause of his sheild, but then Gargant would explode like in the intro and Gogant would be killed in the blast.
