I remember reading somewhere that if you watch yorda for a while she will point out clues in the game, I just can't remember if this happens in both the american and Euro/Jap versions.

Really? That's interesting. I never lingerd around Yorda long enough to see if that's true. If it is, though, I would imagine it would be in every version. Changing Yorda's AI would change major game coding, which is pointless for international versions.

If I recall properly the improved AI for Yorda only exists in the PAL version of the game. It's pretty cool that she helps you when you are stuck with certain puzzles.

EDIT: Yup, I just checked it only happens in the PAL version.
There are also many other differences between the NTSC and PAL versions of ICO.

I really feel like NA got ripped off. PAL got so much stuff in Ico, even in SoTc.

I Wanna say there are some "making of features" some of the music is placed differently, a couple of different easter eggs, but honestly i really just dont remember.

I picked up a copy of Ico a few days ago.Great game.And she does indeed (literally) point out clues to some of the puzzles,I haven't seen her do it with all of them though.
