If you want to start out with Drizzt or Artemis, just choose any difficulty, then pick any character, use the level warp code & to go to baldurs gate 3. The game will end. After the ending and credits you can access Drizzt and the Extreme mode. Just duplicate this process on extreme mode and you can now select Artemis Entreri, all without having to play ALL the way through the game multiple times!
