how do i complete the sewers...done everything went everywhere...only green blobs left...can i kill them....what do i do

I have the same question - there is only one strange thing, and I don't know what on earth it means. Where I released that guy from his prison, above that area is a round end, except on the map it shows an indention as if there is something hidden in the wall. Can somebody help?
