A, X, Y, B, Y, B, X, B, B, A - accrue 100,000 gold
A, Y, X, X, Y, Y, B, Y, X, A - god mode for self and your ship. Sails and ship crew unaffected.
A, B, Y, X, Y, B, B, Y, B, A - accure 50 Skill Points
A, X, Y, X, Y, B, B, Y, B, A - sets reputation to neutral

these are what i got from ign.com and i havnt tested em out yet. do not hold me responsible if they dont work. or if you really dont want to but your inner pirate forced you to input the gold code. or if your id wants to become a god. or if your inner red mage wants to be instantly twinked out.
