I have been told about this by no less than 50, well informed folks on several different islands. I am starting to believe I jumped off of the track somewhere and I have had no luck getting back on.

Lately I have just been taking some jobs to earn some money and have been hoping I would stumble across something, but nothing has happened.

I went to the redmond jail and checked every cell and spoke with each soldier several times now and nothing!

The other thing I have seen several times was about the Incan or Aztec stuff found in the Oxbay mine. I have never been able to get in there either.

It has been a fun game so far and I want to work my way through it, but I get the impression I have missed something I may not ever find. A little pointer would be most appreciated.

In my opinion the "rumors" and such (ie: the redmond gov throwing some merchant away) are just there for show, which is such absolute B--- S---. Anyway, this game seems like theyre are way too many holes and such. I took redmond hoping to find this merchant but there was nothing. I killed all the jailors and there was nothing. The only way I could possibly think of that rumor meaning anything is if you start working for the French. Just a thought.
