It does exist, I know that for sure. I have ran into it in multiple locations. I believe that it is a level specific quest that can be generated from any tavern. I'm not sure on the level though... | |

I started this quest. Eventually the girl said sometihing about introduceing me to the French Governor. I'm not sure to do after this because you cant get to him and the girl does and sayes nothing after this. Any help? | |
