I need help getting out of the temple. I am at the orb part, but everytime I walk into it with Danielle, it just keeps making these voodoo guys run up and attack us. How long do I need to keep standing there? What else can I do to make it work?

you need to back up and answer some questions. When you were first entering the temple did you stop at the three way hall, (one hall enters goes on and two are dead ends) and talk to Daniella and here friend??? If not, you messed up and will have to reload again. You have to talk to her there. Second, when entering the Orb room, did you talk to her? If not, you messed up and will have to reload. She should talk to you and then just take the orb. That's how it works. If it doesn't work that way, reload from before the temple and make sure they both stay with you because they need to talk to you to keep the quest going...

I have restarted from when you first get on the island. And I went through the entire thing all over again and it still didn't work. Dang it! Danielle and that Clement guy don't seem to want to talk to me. Should I just delete everything I have done so far and start all over again from the very beginning? Or should I delete all my saves up to first getting on the island and start from there or should I restart with the fight with the English & Pirate ships to get into the bay? This game is darn frustrating.

You have to wait at the first intersection and talk to Daniella, very important. Then talk to her again when you enter the room. She won't aproach you, you have to approach her. If she won't talk to you, that means that you missed talking to her before. My suggestions is go back to the Manowar and go from there and talk to her or try every 200 game feet or so, no joke, it's how I did it... worked also...
