im curious of the best guns and swords ppl hav found plz post the name of the sword/gun and its block dammage etc thankyou 2 any one that replies

I think that it really just depends on your own preference.
For me, my favorite gun is the grapeshot because it does the most damage, 70/90. It has really bad distance, but the only times I use it is in hand-to-hand combat when I get the opportunity. Mostly I rely on my fencing.
My sword of choice is the Vagrant, I'm pretty sure that's the name. Damage is mid to lower twenties I think, so it's not real powerful. What makes me like it is that it has block 40%. Piercing is only 10%, but with a skilled fencer that's okay. I don't like the swords with high power and low block because your opponents in the higher levels generally have more hps than you and do more damage per hit. The high power swords work ok at the lower levels, but as you progress, I've found that you live longer if you do a lot of blocking and attack at every opening. ex. block, attack, block, attack, repeat. That's my fighting style and my dude's still walking.
On the whole, though, this game is a lot like real life, look for the weapon that suits you best.

i like the scrapper pistol and a cutlass i figure give the enemy a chance (god mode i was sick of dieing(sp))

I think my favorite swords so far are the highlander (not sure on the stats, but i found it on a skeleton in the redmond dungeon), the squall (22/27 attack, i have no clue where this one came from but it has a sweet blue tassle on it) and the Maltese Knight Sword I stole from the Maltese Knight who joins your company in the "Mefisto" quest

Umm, I use Squall, I think it has 22/27 p: 30% and block: 30%
You get it from a quest that you start outside of the townhall in Douwesen by speaking to one of the women.

my favorive gun would be either the 4 barrel gun, or the grapeshot. and my fav. sword is the Saber of Nick Sharp.
