HI peoples. In Half life 2, when someone is talking through a tv or something, it doesnt make any noise. For Example, when you first start the game, and you get offa the train, you see that big tv screen with Dr.Breen talking. I see the captions and his lips are moving but no sound comes out. I can here people talk when they are talking directly to me like when they are right next to me. But i cant Here the voices coming from a tv or a computer or something. Please help

Yes, as i said before, if somebody is next to me talking i can here it perfectly. Its just when the person is talking through a T.V. or a computer or something. Like in the first level, I can here all of the citizens and combine fine. But as Dr.Breen is talking, i cant hear a word he is saying.

Hmmm I don't know what really to suggest, I assume HL2 is up to date and that all of the volumes are up full?

it could be your processor/direct-x, because on my old PC, the exact same thing happened-on my new upgraded pc, the problem was not there.
