I think I'll just stick with the Half-Life 2 Collectors Edition with HL2,CSSource,and HLSource . Enough for me. I don't plan on sporting a Half-Life 2 hat in public.

re: Half Life 2 Steam Offers Ready Thursday

For the time being you'll get a free copy of Counter-Strike Source to hold you over on purchase. When HL2 launches users will automatically be ready to rock if they've pre-loaded the entire game onto their system.

re: Half Life 2 Steam Offers Ready Thursday

They prefer to toy with your mind going "Mwahahaha you want that HL2 pre-load to work don't you? Don't You!!!" Then they leave to ponder the release date again.

Although those who have logged into steam recently might have noticed the HL2 hardware survey that they had up. ^^:

Update: Well, it turns out that since Steam is an electronically delivered purchase, Valve is required to add 19% in sales tax
that's from shacknews - apparently you guys have some online sales tax that's 19% :0 might want to find someone in North America to create a STEAM account for you and you paypal them or something
