HL² is way better than DoomIII, DoomIII sucks! I loved it when I bought it, but when you compare the two...
DoomIII after a battle of HL² vs. DoomIII ==>
And HL² after that same match ==> (or cuz it was sooooo easy to win...)
Anyway, HL² never gets predictable unless DoomIII and has a better AI. The game keeps introducing new things and every chapter is completely different experience.
I'd definitly buy it if I was you, just check the reviews in magazines and on the internet.
The only downside is the installation via Steam... but if you have broadband it isn't that bad

did I ever say I was a halo 2 fanboy? no. last I checked, the letters HL stood for Half Life, not HaLo.

Ok as to the reply at the top of this page I wouldn't say that Doom 3 is better they're totally different games unique and remarkable in there own way it's impossible to judge it's graphics or anything really. Oh what am I saying thats bulls@#$t we all know that Half-Life 2 is better then Doom 3 although we should take what I said earlier in this post into thought. Well hi i'm puppabear and I doubt anyone here has seen me around the forums I usually am around the x-box forums so thats probably the reason. I got to admit what they say about this game being the best ever made has got to be true it is awesome.

Anyways I'll cyas around the forum I'm gonna be here alot more now that I have this game. Nice to meet all of you and cya around the forums.
