Hey! Im a new member to this site and i really need some help with Half Life 2. Once i tried to install it from my friend`s CD. It just said: Insert disk in E. Then i downloaded the demo for half life 2 and that worked nice. Then i thought that there must be a problem with my friends CD. then i bought it myself and it did just the same as it did to my friends disc!!!! i think its pretty weird since the demo works fine. but it cant read the cd. it says the same with my new bought CD as it did to my friend used one. I can play all other games fine.........Please help.

theres two type..."CD-RW Drive"for "F" and "CD Drive" for "E"....so do u have both?or just the "F" one?
anyways...i still think it works for both cd drive...

with the Cd Key if you have already regersted it on your computer, just press cancel when it asks for the key thats what i do when i have problem with Counter Strike:Source and i have to unistall it and reinstall it, that usually works for me.
