Have you seen the retired players come back as coaches. I'm currently in year 4 of my Franchise mode. I was looking to hire a new Offensive Coordinator with experience with RB's. The coach with the most experience was Emmitt Smith. It was cool. I've also seen Deion Sanders & Rich Gannon.
