after the season ends you can make a new stadium, move your team,....... can u do that b4 a season starts?

can u simulate a season change everything in the offseason like stadiums,team location,.......... and save it under features and then start another franchise with all the stuff u changed loaded? i would try this myself but i just rented it and i brought it back yesterday. im gonna buy it again soon though.[color=black][/color][u][/u][i][/i]

No, unfortunately the year starts @ Training Camp. Your best bet is to set up a good team & simulate the 1st season. Then you can start the Owner Mode.

PS- Moving a team & building a new stadium are pricey. You're going to take a $100 million dollar hit. And your team better be good so you can build some fan support.

I've been experiencing a pissy problem with Owner's Mode, and that is that it won't let me activate it. It's always the unselectable gray OFF. I used to have a franchise with it, but then my dick head friends saved over it with a created team, I was really pissed since I was on the verge of an undefeated season. (All that stood in my way was the Raiders at the Superbowl.)

And ever since I started that franchise, Owner's mode has not been available to me at all.

Anyone else had this problem? And if so, how do I fix it?

i hav never been able to upgrade my stadium!!! i want a betta 1 but theres no way 2 do it.

Are you in preseason? You are not able to change anything in preseason schedule. Once the season starts you should be able to change ticket prices etc....

I've never had a problem. Do you have the $? If so, when you're in the off season mode go into stadium upgrades & purchase the upgrades. If you want a new stadium, make a proposal to the city.

No, no, I know about the preseason thing.

I'm saying when I got to Game Modes and select new franchise, I can't turn it on at all, it won't let me play with it at all. When it gives you the option for owners mode, fantasy draft, salary cap, etc. etc. it won't let me turn it on at all.

(And I always have salary cap on, so I know it's not that.)

Make sure you have all the setting up to franchise par. You need to have salary cap on, if this is turned off then you will not be able to do anything in the franchise mode. Check it out.

It should work, I just got the game yesterday and it works perfectly. Did you make sure that you have all the options. And when you select Owner Mode - On/Off, is it that you are not able to move it, or it just wont make an effect?

Okay, here's what it looks like when I try to make an owner's mode franchise.

Team: < Vikings >
Salary Cap: < On >
Fantasy Draft: < Off >
Owner Mode: Off (Unselectable Gray)

It just won't let me mess with owners mode options at all. I can't turn it on, and I don't know why.

Did you try to start a new franchise? Sim the preseason games and move to the reg season. Keep trying this until you have the option to change the owner mode. When starting a new franchise change all the different settings until you get the right one to play.

Tried that, didn't work. It really makes me angry that I can't play on Owner's mode...

take any memory cards out then start it up see if u can turn it off and on then, sometimes if u put things on no it stays on no and saves on ur settings.
