Oh yeah, this game is really frickin cool. I rely on good single player and this game has it. The mutliplyaer is pretty bad@ss too.

I love this game. I've been playing single player just about as much as I've been playing it on live.

Well I don't know...I'm still deciding on LIve...I know, I know...but hey anyway I always loved flying games...even though I haven't played that many....and so I heard a few bad things about the game, and I was wondering what you guys thought! Thanks!

Well these are the only problems I've had with the game..

Only 10- hours in campaign - Short for me, might be longer for you.
Only 5 maps.

Even though the campaign is only 10- hours, its addicting as hell. Which is probably why those hours went by fast. And if you take it online.. its only better.

I heard something silly like you can't tell from where the bullets are coming from, when being attacked...and I forget the other points...I'll have to check the reviews...so it's good LIVE?

Its awesome Live. And when you're getting shot little arrows (like in Halo) pop up from the direction you're getting shot in. But its the kind of stuff you would have happen up in the skies, with all that commotion and everything.

not me, i had it and took it back after 30mins an extreme waste of £40, the gameplay is very average and boring the planes arnt fun to fly and the missions suck i havnt played live but it doesnt matter because boring gameplay with more people is still boring, this game is highly overrated if you ask me , its my opinion so dont go attackeing me live fanboys

i forgot to warn people thinking about buying this game, you can read a million reveiws saying how good this game is which i did and still you can end up not liking it like i did so rent it first or jsut dont buy it.

Well sure, you can't please everyone. Every game has its haters. (Especially the best ones ) I'm getting it in a couple of hours and I can't wait. I do hope you're wrong about this game Jamster, all the reviews I've read rated it highly.

ive seen my games rated highly by everyone jsut like crimson skies, you relaly cant trust anything apart from playing the game yourself after all "beauty" is in the eyes of the beholder it also works the other way, for example Kill krush and destroy didnt receive good reveiws but in my opinion is the most fun the can have on a playstation 2 players split screen so definetly rent unless its somthing very well known like halo 2 .

p's official magazines arnt the best they tend to be baised and overrate well known games and underrate games that have less attention.

Ok i heard the original on pc had a patch because when u play the single player game and then go online your data sometimes got erased. The same thing happend to me on the xbox. I played the single player and was all the way at acroix and then decided to go online. When i got off line and went back to my single player game and selected my saved game it started me at the begining of the first board (tutorial). this has happend to others. does anyone know how to fix this
