What is SimPE? I've seen loads of threads on it but I want to know all about it. What's good and bad about it? What can you do on it?

It's an editing programme. It can be sued as a way of editting the game, changing families, relationships, memories, names, prettymuch anything. I think it can also be used to create objects but I've never trid that.

I only use it occasionally if I have a glitch in the game that I want to sort out. The good thing is that it is a powerful tool which if you know what you're doing can edit a lot of things in the game. The main bad point is if you do something wrong you can mess up your game.

It is a lot safer than Boolprops however, with Boolprops ou can mess your game up simply by using it. SimPE is safe providing you know what you're doing.

The main drawback is with each expansion pack you need to download a new version otherwise it may not work. The new one for Bon Voyage isn't out yet. Another good point however is that it's free.

Type SimPE into google and it will find the right website for downloading it from.

The first link that comes up will have the download on it. If you have Bon Voyage then you should wait, the current version at the moment is compatible yet.

The folder is about 25MB which isn't too bad. It does use a lot of memory when it's loading however and can take a few minutes. Don't assume it's crashed though and close it down, it just takes a while.
